It’s been money well spent on our end when Tendering for these luxury builds. The QS and estimates are set out easy for me to read. The prices are not generic and have been sourced from actual supply companies. Having theQS behind me to show my clients that every stone has been looked at gives great piece of mind for the client and also myself as the builder that there won’t be any hidden extras.

It has given me figures to go back to Trades and offering them work orders and saves them quoting the whole job. It’s money well spent and we will carry on completing our costs with Declan. Additionally the business costs that I was not factoring into my quotes was a huge eye opener for me personally as I was only working off my margins which was not taking into account my over heads.
